When I’m Singing A Song

When I’m singing the song I’m singing, I feel it bringing me home, I am never alone when I’m singing a song.

When that melody begins, I’m suddenly right back where I belong, how could anything ever go wrong, when I’m singing a song.

When I hear the music, I know just where I am,

Anything can happen to me.

I let go of everything I know and believe.

I can’t explain it, all I really know is – 

I’m confounded and my heart’s surrounded by a world of good company, happy as I can be when I’m singing a song.
