They’re hoping she’ll be home soon,

Every soldier needs a soldier,

Don’t fear them, just hear them.

If you listen, you will see

What’s been missin’ in our history,

Everyone must join together now.

I think about Vets coming home,

I think about how they must feel,

But we gotta do more than just think, we gotta do somethin’ real.

We need to lend a hand, and maybe then we’ll understand that
